INDUSTRY 4.0
The challenge
Homogenize all data sources (physical, electric meters, sensors, PLC, electric panels, and digital (ERP, SCADA, MES, BMS, GMAO, local data bases, Excel, etc.) from each plant of the group at a global level to be able to develop different vertical analytic projects.
The solution
With MIIMETIQ we have installed local datalakes in each plant, allowing to access to all the relevant data from each vertical project (energetic efficiency, predictive maintenance, production tracking, etc.).
IoT
The challenge
Define the digital services portfolio based on IoT data from the diagnosis equipment at a global level.
The solution
First, we jointly define the service portfolio with a consulting service, accompanied with pilot developments that validate the value proposals for its further production launch. With MIIMETIQ, Grifols also keeps the platform property and absolute privacy and sovereignty over the equipment data.
SMART BUILDINGS

Substitute SCADA solution to monitor consumption, systems, and air quality in 57 nursing homes in Spain.
The solution
Hand in hand with our Partner, DOMINION, it has been developed a Platform based on MIIMETIQ reducing the required investment up to 65% and reaching a better data control and its subsequent display with Power BI.
AUDIT AND CONSULTING
The challenge
Define the level of Industry 4.0 digital maturity of the productive processes from the Tarragona Plant and check its alignment with the original Roadmap.
The solution
Hand in hand with the Industry 4.0 Maturity Index from Acatech (Germany) we executed an audit of all the processes from the plant and we defined the maturity level according to the Acatech index (co-creator of the Industry 4.0 in Germany). It was exposed a list of the 10 challenges to be solved to keep advancing in the digitization processes.
The challenge
Offer a new remote maintenance service based on equipment that does self-diagnosis and replacement modules that auto configure themselves, without human intervention.
The solution
CAME PARKARE owns the MIIMETIQ platform to connect the equipment in field and generate diagnosis based on actual use. The eplacement modules are traced since its manufacturing. When an equipment warns automatically a breakdown, the new module is sent so when is being installed in the field equipment, it detects the equipment model, installation place, customer, and based on that data, the new module auto configures by itself. This fact reduces the service time up to levels never seen in the sector. CAME PARKARE was awarded with the SMAU 2021 prize for the innovation in this revolutionary new service that has been named KM ZERO SERVICE.
The challenge
AKO wanted to develop “data-driven” services for its products and needed total freedom to create services by themselves, moving ahead from their competitors and adding new protocols to their solutions depending on their needs.
The solution
MIIMETIQ provided the whole property of the solution (IP and source code), and also its development, offering he functionalities road map control, depending on their real needs. AKO created 2 new services: cold chain control, and refrigerant gas leaks control. Thanks to this new service, AKO is the cold chain managing provider for SEUR FRIO in Spain.
